hotels b&bs any GOOD accommodation in melbourne you have stayed at not in the city?

i dont want cheap cheap because its only going to be for 1 or maybe 2 nights, but i dont want any thing like crown or langhams, love em but not wanting to spend that much this time..
with a spa and/or pool

The area (Sth Yarra) its gorgeous, very green and only about 10 maybe 5 minutes tram ride to the city centre.

EDIT : they also have a REALLY nice SPA Room.
