Centre London Hotels

Can anyone advise me on a nice hotel in London City centre near Oxford st etc..4 star please?

Try the St. Giles hotel. It is very nice and quite reasonably priced for a hotel of its class. It’s at the junction of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road, and just a short walk from the tube.
It is so central, I would highly recommend it.
